The 5000 Town Center residential tower is a modern 33-story structure. The architects were Solomon Cordwell Buenz & Associates who embraced a design straight out of Mies van der Rohe’s philosophy of architecture – “simplification of form and elimination of unnecessary detail.”

Like Lake Point Tower in Chicago, the 5000 Town Center tower has an undulating, bell-shaped design which provides residents with spectacular, panoramic window views in differing directions. 75% of our tower’s exterior walls are windows and the views expand everyone’s personal living space all the way to an unobstructed horizon.

Inside the tower, the “Y” shaped configuration of the resident floors minimizes the number of homes in any leg of the “Y.” The residence hallways are six feet wide and ten feet tall, furthering a feeling of spaciousness.

The number of condos on each floor is limited to a maximum of eight and the building design allows for unique and spacious layouts of one, two and three bedroom homes.
